When you created a job, you had the choice to make the assessment “Optional” or “Required.” When “Optional” is selected, the jobseeker will sometimes opt to send their resume only. To get more objective information on these jobseekers, it is helpful to request an application.
After posting a job to the job boards, you should be able to see who has applied for your position in the Job Manager located in Fitzii Admin.
1. Scroll down to the list of applicants and look at the column with the heading Fitzii Score. Candidates who don’t have a score by their name haven’t completed the assessment.
2. To request that they fill out the full assessment, click the circle to the left of the name(s) you want to request. Then go to the Action drop-down menu and select Once you’ve requested the application, you can see that it has been sent under the Fitzii Score column where it will read “Requested.”Request Full Application.
3. Once you’ve requested the application, you can see that it has been sent under the Fitzii Score column where it will read “Requested.”
After you’ve requested the application, the jobseeker will receive an email encouraging them to fill out the assessment. Below is the message that is automatically generated.
4. Once they have completed the assessment, a Fitzii score will be generated in the Job Manager. Simply click on their name, and view the results of the assessment.
