This feature is activated in the preference tab in under the Account menu. Selecting this option allows candidates to notify you via email that they are unable or unwilling to apply online.
If you use this feature, applicants are presented with the option to provide contact information and enter the reason they are not able to apply online. This information is then emailed to you.
If you enable this feature. It is important that you have a process in place to contact applicants who state they are unable to apply online and assess their application alongside the applicants that apply via the standard route.
