When a recruiter submits a job posting that requires approval, emails will be sent to all the individuals required to approve the job before it gets posted. When you receive an email, click on the provided link and a summary of the job will be displayed along with Approve & Reject buttons and a comments field.
Review the job and either approve or reject the posting. Any comments you enter will be seen be the recruiter.
