How do I view candidates that have been shared with me?

When a recruiter shares candidates with you, you will receive an email with a link. (Please note - occasionally emails get caught by spam filters and so we recommend adding the domain to your safe senders list).

Clicking on the shared candidates link in the email will take you to a landing page with all the shared candidates. Recruiters have the option to require recipients to enter a pass-code to view shared candidates - if this option is active, you will also need to enter the four digit number included in the email before the landing page is displayed.

Click on an individual to view their profile (Note that some recruiters choose to disable the display of pictures and other identifying information). On the profile you can view any comments made be the recruiter for this specific applicant, enter comments that will be shared with recruiter, view an interview guide or print the applicant's details.

For more detailed instructions on how to read the Candidate Profile please see this help article. From the Candidate Profile you can either return to the list of applicants or browse through them by using the Next and Previous buttons at the top of the page.

From the landing page you can also compare all the candidates, by clicking on the Compare button. This view displays how the candidates compare with a focus on their skills, qualifications and experience. Where they meet the job requirements completely a green dot is shown, a yellow dot indicates they somewhat meet the requirements and a red dot means they do not have that skill, qualification or experience at all.

From this compare view, you can return to the landing page by selecting Return to List. Individual candidates can be hidden (use Show All to display the complete list again) and resumes can be viewed from this view as well. When you have finished reviewing the candidates, click on the Review Complete button in the bottom right of the landing page to let the recruiter know and they will be notified by email.
