Why do I like someone who doesn't have the highest score?

Some people will ask us why they like someone with a 75 more than the person marked with a 92?

There could be a few reasons. Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as a test that can perfectly predict success on the job. It's always possible there's something you like about a candidate that we aren't testing for. 

Here are three tips to help you make the most out of the assessment:
