Product Update: Indeed Apply - Apr 19th 2016

If you post to Indeed using a resume-only posting or an assessment-optional posting, job seekers will now be able to use the “Apply Now” button in Indeed. "Indeed Apply" jobs get improved visibility on Indeed and make it easier for job seekers to apply. This should result in a larger pool of candidates for you.

Assessment-Optional postings:

If you used an assessment-optional posting, jobseekers will still be presented with eligibility questions you have specified before they can submit the application with the “Apply Now” button. Once they submitted, Fitzii will automatically send an email inviting them to fill out a full application.

If the applicant does not choose to fill out a full assessment, there may be no phone number or location information in their profile. Indeed sends the jobseeker’s name, email address, resume, eligibility questions and cover letter.

Resume-only postings:

Once a jobseeker submits their application through Fitzii, they will be sent an email inviting them to go into their Fitzii account and edit or add any of the information on their profile.

Applicants from Indeed will be present in Fitzii without a location or a phone number in their account. To make it easier to apply, Indeed initially only requests the jobseeker’s name, email address, resume and cover letter.
